Role: Security Head – Central Region
Accountabilities:
There are multiple projects which are in operation simultaneously, within Pakistan like Shell, Byco, FMC,
Service, Bata,Telenor both at local as well International level.
As a security head of company central region head I also monitor all thelikely risk aspectwhich can cause some
disaster or threat the facilities within central region jurisdiction,in this all workingI keep a regular coordination
with Quality Assurance department on daily basis for 100% enforcement as well implementation of the
instructions passed to the undersigned from time to time.
In risk management to secure the company assets a proper training schedule in shape of instructions is
followed religiously and timely feedback is provided to the concerned for any further advice or amendments if
felt necessary by the head office concerned ones.
The company comprises of various departments like Fleet Management, Freight Farwarding, Ware Housing,
Custom House Breakage, Imports & Exports ,Fare & events ,TRI-Star linked with Dubai office too etc.
During the underlined mentioned period the achievements I have got is through continuous hard work and full

I started my job in Diamond Foam as Chief Security Officer, in the year 2002 after a period of six months the
management promoted me on managerial scale, on a position of Manager Administration and Coordination
Handed over additional responsibilities like two wheeler and three wheeler auto industry management as well
its logistics throughout the country.
RAJANI’S CHAIN OF STORES (SONRI BANK PROJECT), Pakistan (2000 to )
Role: Deputy Manager Material Control
Accountabilities:
Soneri Bank project which was purely covering logistics portion within the Karachi based Rajani’s stores outlets
which were located at multiple locations, within Karachi and its outskirts.
I joined this organization as Deputy Manager Material Control at Korengi Industrial area in the year 2000.
Along with the logistics carried out lots of marketing and promoted sales through various techniques, by sending
small teams who represented and advertised the company by establishingstallsatdifferent locations within Karachi
city
TOYO-NASIC TARIQ GLASS INDUSTRIES, Pakistan (1997)
Role: Manager Shift Coordination
Accountabilities:
This projectwas initially financed by some investors from United Arab Emirates in Pakistan this manufacturing unit
is located (7) seven kilometers short of Sheikhupura city near Lahore.
The primary role of assignment was to keep a very careful watch over the whole production procedure of both table
wares (glass utensils) as well the containers (various specification bottles).
Right from a batch mixing unit till the end product after passing from the quality standards, the coordination with
various departments like operation, quality control, maintenance, batch mixing as per the ratio calculated by the
engineers after Lab testing reports.
There were two types of big units which I supervised that were the MDPs i.e., (Moving Driving Press), these units
were giving mass production of tumblers, of all categories, saucers, cups etc,
The other units (ISS-Independent Service Support) gave mass production of bottles like Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, all
specifications, along with that production of glass jugs, jars of various specifications.
During this tenure the management gave me procurement assignments too on a limited scale.
JAFFER BROTHERS PVT. LTD, Pakistan (1993 - 1994)
Role: Marketing Executive

Follow and pursue tenders at WAPDA,WASA,SNG&PL, Railways, and other related important projects.
To coordinated with the concerned principles outside Pakistan by finalizing them through my superiors.
GIBBS & HILL INC, Pakistan (1993 to )
Role: Liaison Officer / Document Control Supervisor
Accountabilities:
This was a multinational company which was operating and providing their consultancy services to WAPDA for
erecting 300-Mega Watt Combined Cycle Power Plant Expansion Project which was financed through US-AID Host
Country Contract, with a total value of Rs.630,000,000 Pak Rupees, at Guddu Barrage (Sind) Pakistan.
I was allocated 36 x man months on this project.
My major assignment during this period was Liaison Officer / Document Control Supervisor.
That is Liaison with Wapda, for administrative purpose, with civil arm forces for the safety / security of the expect
rerates at the project.
The documents comprised of Sepias and the prints of the Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation work on
equipment’s which were to be installed in various stages and this working was already allocated to various
companies by Government of Pakistan through tenders opening, the modifications in construction, alteration in
mechanical working.
All the relevant record of documents was maintained at my end.
The direct coordination with the Project Manager as well with other expects rerates for timely fulfillment of the
task, was done as a departmental head.
I was responsible for controlling drawings/documents, flow diagrams, charts etc.
Was responsiblefor filingand record system for drawings,this involved logging in drawings, produced in house and
received from others and maintaining them in a filing system designed for easy retrieval.
