The Living Loving Learning Organization was founded in 2010 by two men to make positive change in their community. They have hosted many free community events providing food and clothing to hundreds of people without ID requirements. The organization focuses on programs for youth, families, and seniors around topics like health, education, and empowerment. Obtaining 501c3 status would allow the organization to partner with local businesses and accept tax-deductible donations to further support the Mansfield community.

THE LIVING LOVING
LEARNING ORGANIZATION
“VALUING FAMILY FIRST”
The Living Loving Learning Organization was incorporated
November 2010. Two young men, who had nothing at times,
but found a ways to share money, food, energy, and ideas
decided to make a change. Terrence Davison (26), a
Shawnee State graduate, and Dwaine Chapman (27), MR/
DD Personnel, invested their own time, money and
knowledge into what is now known 6 years later as “3LO”.
The first event titled “The Harvest”, a thanksgiving
family event, was free to the entire city. We posted
newspaper ads, along with other forms of advertisement for
this break through that fed hundreds. We discussed ways to
be innovative and set ourselves aside from other non-profit
organizations with the board, staff, family, and friends. What
we came up with was A Dunkin’Donuts sponsorship for 24
dozen boxes, MBIE’s clothing warehouse for donations, no
need for I.D’s to eat or shop, free delivery, and great
company. Once we came up with a plan that we thought
would make a difference in our community we executed it.
We had a final meeting with Alverta Williams of MBIE , The
Mary McLeod Bethune Intervention and Enrichment Center,

2. to host The Harvest at one of her venues on east second
street right beside the warehouse. We then decided to allow
the public come at free will where they walked through a
beautiful Victorian style home while being served their
preference of food, deserts, and beverages. No limit! No ID!
Then our participants had the option to have plates bagged
to take or they could sit in the dinning areas. Once that
decision was made they freely went to the warehouse and
picked clothing out for themselves or for someone that they
knew that needed it. No limit! No ID! Since this was my
final few months at MBIE we decided to deliver to the MR/
DD clients that I served along with others that contacted us
through Miss Alverta Williams.
3Lo then became youth core along with community
oriented with programs/events supporting Anti-bullying,
physical fitness, dieting, cancer awareness, women
empowerment, entrepreneurship, moral growth, finances, art
and spiritual growth. 3Lo has also offered services for single
parents along with the elderly at discounted rates under a
branch titled R.L.O. Operations ( Roger Lee Owens). We
have affiliates in Ethiopia , Africa, and other places that
when we first began we could only imagine. Peter MBOGO
KAMAU (HEART ASSOCIATION PROJECT KENYA
AFRICA )stopped in Ohio just to visit our Junior Youth
Spiritual Empowerment Group “Mansfield Merge” which is
hosted all over the world, but 3Lo introduced it to Mansfield
Ohio and hosted it for once a week for 2 consecutive years.
We are sending attachments that include videos and
photos of some of our accomplishments, and when we say

no 3Lo without them.
!
The 501c3 will allow "3Lo" ,The Living Loving
Learning Organization, to redirect Mansfield's youth and
young adults towards Hope instead of Doubt. Reaching
thousands over the last 5yrs with topics like athleticism ,
bully prevention, career direction, entrepreneurship angles,
woman empowerment, family values, art, music, film, and
more.
We have worked with Sam Alucho and Emma Jackson,
out of Cleveland Ohio, for a year straight filling while
studying the 501c3 IRS packet. The last step, asks for
attachments ( which we have on file), and a processing fee
of $1,200. We've raised well over this amount throughout
our time of incorporation, but with a city that has the
lowest graduation rate and the highest unemployment rate,
what type of NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION would
we be if we didn't invest it into our community first, which
in return granted us credibility?
Now that we've been around for half a decade we have
the knowledge and staff to utilize the advantages that the
501c3 will bring ADVANTAGES with small things like
change donation boxes at McDonald's, Family Dollar, and
other FOR-PROFIT-ORGANIZATIONS. This will give the
costumers a chance to give back to an organization that
they can actually touch and feel, rather than feeding or
helping foreign countries first.

4. Two years ago 3Lo partnered with Sue Ross (THE
NOAH PROJECT), Crestline chamber of commerce board
member, on a project involving, the Old YMCA building on
Park Avenue. We exchanged blue prints, meetings goals
and information in order to form an innovative goal. The
plan was to reconstruct the 75 apartments into 26
Developing Disabled rooms with nurses on the same floor
along with a cafeteria , restrooms, and anything else used
to make their living comfortable and convenient. My
assignment was to affiliate with 3-5 businesses and come
up with a budget and expenses sheet that we could
accommodate. We didn’t make the deadline before the
venue was again auctioned off because of no use do to the
community it was in. 3Lo still is affiliated with all of the
previous businesses and have established relationships with
way more. Richland County Foundation has agreed to
grant as much as $250,000 to remodel the Old YMCA, but
WE MUST GET OUR 501c3 FIRST. We need to file soon
giving that the end of the year is coming up and now have a
little free time. It would be amazing to host our January
2016 (419) EXCLUSIVE CO-ED BASKETBALL LEAGUE
with more to offer than before dreams…we would like to
give HOPE.
