Branch Service Leader Leadership Institute:
I was selected by my superiors from a group of 300 West Tennessee Regions Bank Tellers to be
one of fifteen candidates to participate in a training course to develop our leadership skills. Out
of those fifteen, my peers then choose me to be one of the three leaders in our group. In this
seven month course, we performed branch audits, improved both written and oral commination
skills, improved our problem solving abilities, and grew as leaders in our roles.
