• Basic knowledge on computer application like MS Office
• Additionally having detailed knowledge regarding internet browsing
and Email.

• Preparation of Audit report according to policy t&c in collaboration
with underwriting guidelines.

Work Experience:
 Worked as medical officer after completion of medical degree at
Hyderabad at Mythri hospital and Raja hospital in year 2009 to 2010.
 Worked as a DMO at Premier hospital ,Hyderabad from Feb 2010 to2011
 Worked as a TPA (Insurance) coordinator in Omni hospital Hyderabad
from 2011 to 2012.
 Joined ICICI LOMBARD in Apr-2012 as customer service manager in
Health claims of cashless department.
 Moved to Retail -Health underwriting Team in 2014 and started
assisting policy booking till 2015.
 In April-2016 promoted as Manager In claims and Underwriting and
started new role.

Key responsibilities in claims:

To do scrutiny of claim files and give opinion on decision.
 To ensure timely processing of claims and accurate payments of
claims.
 To ensure adherence to TAT in various sub processes in claims
department.
 To review IRs/rejections of claims and implementation of actionable
periodically.
 To monitor and control error rates and consistency in processing.
 To Monitor Productivity in Claims processing and Cashless processing.
 To review SOP for claims processing and to develop & execute better
processes.
 To manage individual KRAs for achieving organizational goal.
 To monitor and appraise performance of doctors working under
vertical.
• Management of cashless services 24 x 7 including handling
contingencies arising out of
process/systems/manpower/infrastructure failure or issues
• Management of claims from Network Hospitals all over India
• Process Standardization & improvement with special impetus to
customer satisfaction & profitability along with optimization of
Productivity
• Prioritization of Platinum customers both corporate as well as
hospitals) for cashless as well as claims
• Technical inputs for new strategies for ILHC expansion & growth
with focus on new initiatives
• Co-ordination with internal teams (Business & Sales,
Underwriting, Provider Management & Investigation teams) &
external clients (Hospitals)
