production improvements in the manufacture of fabricated industrial
bins supplied to the NHS nation wide.I was also responsible for the
day to day administration and maintenance of the factory unit.
1996 – 1998 Assistant Component Manufacturing Manager for Tarka Controls
Inverness, responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the
section involving the production of five to six million plastic injection
mouldings and pressed parts each week. Attending and reporting to
design and development meetings, simultaneous engineering and
quality improvement seminars and meetings on a regular basis.
1990 – 1996 Technical Supervisor and tooling co-ordinator for Tarka Controls,
Inverness I was responsible for introducing a high volume metal
cutting press shop to the site. My responsibility after the introduction
period was to ensure the efficient operation of the unit i.e., scheduling

maintenance and sourcing personnel and equipment.
