Immunizations- Free Clinic- Wednesday is Children’s immunization day- Please note that child flu shots are available during Wednesday evening child immunization clinics. Sea Mar- Sliding Scale Clinica de Salud Familiar- $15 per Immunization

Dental- Free Clinic- To receive care, patients must be a resident of Clark County, WA. Applications for dental care are available at the front desk from 9-4:30 Monday through Friday. Due to a high volume of applications, adults may experience a waiting period of 3-5 months. Sea Mar- Sliding scale- can be seen for as little as $40 Clark College- Students, under the direct supervision of licensed dental hygienists and dentists, provide high quality dental care at low cost for anyone in the Vancouver / Portland community. Adults and children, five years of age or older, are selected for care based on educational needs of the students. Services provided include: Exams, X-rays, Scaling and polishing, Sealants, Fillings, Diet analysis, Personalized preventative education Clark County Sill Center- The Clark County Skills Center's dental clinic is open to the public beginning in November, and appointments are scheduled through June. Patients from ages three and up (under 18 requires signed release form by parent/guardian) Individuals who have no dental insurance those who have certain medical coupons (state aid) regular and emergency dental exams x-rays silver and tooth-colored fillings tooth removal cleaning of children's teeth sealants Specialty services for crowns, bridges, and full root canal treatment are available on a limited basis in the advanced session at a reduced cost. ABCD Dental Program- For children 0-5. Connects them with a pediatric dentist and reminds them when it’s time to make a medical appointment . The ABCD program is designed to begin seeing children as soon as the first teeth emerge. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recently adopted the standard for children to be seen by a dentist at age one. Recognition of the need for early pediatric dentistry is new for many dentists and parents; the ABCD Program provides education and training for both. Clark County Public Health runs the local ABCD program. For more information see resource. Russell St. Dental Clinic- Urgent/Emergency dental care for child and adult patients with no dental insurance. Sliding scale fee based on income and the dental procedure required. Callers need to go early in morning and wait for opening. Generally, the policy is first come, first served, although children may be served first.
Vision- Free Clinic To qualify for Free Clinic vision services, patients must be low income (200% of the federal poverty level) and be uninsured or carry insurance that does not cover vision. The Free Clinic's vision exams are offered on Monday evenings , by appointment only. If you would like a vision appointment, please come to the clinic to fill out a vision appointment application . You will be contacted when an appointment becomes available. Currently, patients are being given appointments 4-6 weeks from their date of application. Should a vision provider determine a patient’s need for prescription glasses, we will refer them to a collaborating program to receive free glasses. Patients who only need glasses for reading are encouraged to purchase reading glasses from the Dollar Store or another similar low-cost vendor. Lions Sight Committee Lions Sight Committee of Clark County the Lions help vision impaired individuals by providing free eyeglasses and surgeries.
Pharmacy- Free Clinic- Emergency Medication Assistance is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00pm. The Clinic is not able to fill all prescriptions (medications not covered include mental health, family planning and narcotics) please call ahead to make sure your medication is covered. Chronic medications are covered for a one month supply, once a year. St. Vincent De Paul/ Salvation Army- St. Vincent De Paul and Salvation Army offer some help for pain medications. Patient Assistance Programs What: Patient Assistance Programs are run through the drug manufacture and they offer financial assistance to patients who are unable to pay for the RX’s. How they work: These are good for the individual patient, who first inputs some personal information and then the site tells them what PAP’s are available. They both provide roughly the same level of service, in effect prescreening individuals for the programs. We act as your advocate in making the patient assistance program journey easier and faster by supplying vital information and help. PParx.org The Partnership for Prescription Assistance helps qualifying patients without prescription drug coverage get the medicines they need through the program that is right for them. Many will get their medications free or nearly free. NeedyMeds.org Similar program- will help you find the patient assistance forms needed for specific RX.
Mental Health Resources- Wellness Project Sea Mar Sliding Scale fee Children’s Center Children's Center has a program called PATHWAYS that offers free services to kids who are uninsured or underinsured. I'm sure they have a huge waiting list just like the Wellness Project, but it's an option. Children who are uninsured or underinsured will receive quality mental health services from a child therapist with no out of pocket cost to the family. CVAB Consumer Voices Are Born (CVAB) is a consumer-run organization providing support and advocacy for mental health recovery. CVAB serves anyone not matter what kind of insurance they have (or if they have none). They serve anyone over age 18 and they have support groups, classes, volunteer opportunities, etc. They also have the Warm Line which is a free support line people can call no matter what they want to talk about. They'll always give you info down there if you want to pick some up and their website is www.cvabonline.com NAMI NAMI is a good resource for family members of folks with mental health issues. They also have some support groups for people with mental health issues. Their website is www.nami-clark.org NAMI Clark County works to achieve equitable services and treatment for the many persons living with severe mental illnesses and their families, within Clark County, Washington. Teen Talk We offer non-judgmental peer to peer support. Whatever it is... 397-CHAT Clark County Crisis Line- Clark County Crisis Line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide phone triage for crisis calls from children and adults. Washington Health Program This unique program offers either $75,000 or $100,000 in health insurance coverage every year. Members maintain low deductibles and, at times, no-cost coverage for basic health services. Premiums are as low as $100 per month. A 35 year old could expect to pay between $125 and $183 depending on their location and the coverage options they select. Washington Health is available to any State resident who is not enrolled in Basic Health, Medicaid, or eligible for Medicare. It is designed for low income people, but there are no income limitations. It is available anywhere in the state. The managed care option for this program in Clark County is Community Health Plan- Sea Mar Clinics.
