The Northern Norway Regional Health Authority (Helse Nord RHF) is responsible for public hospitals in northern Norway. It oversees five hospital trusts located across northern Norway and Svalbard that have independent management boards. The health authority was established in 2002 to take over responsibility for hospital services from county councils, with a goal of providing specialist health services for northern Norway and Svalbard's population.

3. Solution
In early 2013, Docebo has
commenced deployment with The
Northern Norway Regional Health
Authority with its 12,500 users. We
can affirm that we have a mature
LMS that is designed for large and
complex organizations. It is a very
scalable platform with a clear and

How Docebo’s solution addressed
our needs:
Docebo has provided its E-Learning
platform to Nordland Hospital
Trust since the start of 2011. The
hospital has dramatically increased
the use of the Docebo solution
over the past couple of years. The
solution started with providing
internal training to the staff, and
delivered content related to the
use of electronic patient journal
systems to professionals in the
hospitals eight clinics. The hospital
started with 4,200 users. In 2012,
the Northern Norway Regional
Health Authority decided to adopt
Docebo as the LMS of choice for
the whole region. During 2013 the
Docebo solution will be extended
to the whole Region, and increase
the user base; adding up to 12,500
users, spread across five hospital
trusts, and locations covering the
whole of North Norway.
