• Early in 2008 Dave purchased a $3500 Guitar and soon it became his

• He was traveling with his guitar from Halifax to Omaha in US with United
  Airlines
• Dave Carroll with his fellow passengers saw United airlines mishandling his
  guitar that had fragile marked on it
• When he landed his guitar was broken
• He went through the lengthy reimbursement process with United which went
  no where
