I am pleased to recommend Diora Suleymanova, a consultant at the Legal Unit of the
Global Fund, who has been working under my supervision since October 2010. In this
capacity, she has been responsible for following up on the Global Fund’s drive to obtain
privileges and immunities in countries of Eastern Europe, East & West Asia and the
Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). She has become the Global Fund’s Focal
Point in this drive in these countries.
Diora is a highly energetic self-starter; she understood exactly what was expected of her
with regard to the assignment she was hired for from the outset, and applied herself quite
diligently. Her analytical and communication skills have demonstrated ability to identify,
establish and interact effectively with the various stakeholders in the targeted regions and
the staff of the Global Fund. Her project management skills and ability to see a big
picture have proven to be crucial to the successful progress of the assignment and to the
global promotion of The Global Fund.
I am also impressed by Diora's ability to complete all of her work on time, frequently
even ahead of time. As a resourceful, highly dedicated, creative, forward-looking and
solution-oriented person, she often comes up with new and innovative approaches in her
assignments.
Diora’s excellent performance on the complex and demanding assignments led us to
extend her contract. She has made a tangible contribution to the efforts of the Legal Unit
and I recommend her without reservation.
