Today’s organisations have educated personnel, adequate IT infrastructure and unlimited information
available for the type of business they are in. Still many find it difficult in this competitive world to
consistently be effective and of course grow to level they want to.
Human beings are creative - an asset which makes them effective. Still it is seen that for various reasons
like having a closed mind, becoming complacent etc, the effectiveness reduces or the success rate for
organisation they work for success rate falls. This is unacceptable for the organisations and they look
for solutions to overcome this. This is where our intervention is required. It will be like a fresh breeze
of air to go back to the successful track.
The solutions we can offer are:
1. Consultancy: (Solution giving): After understanding the organisation needs get them collect
data which we analyse and give a solution to implement which we can monitor on a time scale.
The various ills the organisation may feel could be from:
 Productivity – human, machine (utilisation of machines, plant, equipment) , other
resources related
 Price per unit too high compared to competition
 Receivables too high impacting cash flow
 Poor market share
 Etc
NB: Business Process reengineering could be a part of this.

 Specific Organisational intervention as needed could also be reviewed.

Simple topics which have huge impact on effectiveness like: 5 S, Problem Solving, Process
Approach, etc.
7. Receivables Management:
Data analysis of pending receivables based on time & amount and jointly evolving a solution
to recover old ones while focusing on process for fresh ones to be collected in time.
8. Review and monitoring:
There are organisations who want to do their improvements themselves. This is very good.
These organisations want to have these to be reviewed and monitored by independent person
to tell them where they are and are their actions effective. Based on the need we can
formulate a plan, monitor it as per decided scope and review it with management concerned.
Can include:
 Review of Policy, vision, project at the Management level.
 Management Review provided the Management also participates together.
NB: It is proven that 90% of projects started die within 6 to 9 months of starting them! Reasons
could be many.
9. Marketing Plans:
Need based. Present products value wise, geography wise, new products , modified/repacked
existing products due to modified customer requirements, etc wrt Organisations 3-5 year plan.
10. Marketing Material Review: As independent person we can give a view on brochures
/marketing material content review and review of materials when participating in
exhibition/event.
11. Post Acquisition integration management for company acquired/merged :
This can be making plans to integrate it from process point of view, mindset change training,
and help review total integration plan which include important post merger processes like g
IT, Finance & Accounts, HR. We can also suggest branding of facilities which can build image
of the company.
12. Any other intervention/solution at Management Level which a company thinks fit for us to
handle based on our given competencies, we can try.
