A solid background on heavy customer service. With a strong background in
administrative duties. Also a variety of retail management skills along with teaching in a
classroom. Furthermore, with my administrative assistant position, I was able to use all
my skills combined. I have been fingerprinted and have passed the state background

Assistant Teacher to the Special Education Teacher. I work with children from
kindergarten to fifth grade. From Autism, ADHD, ADD to comprehension issues. We
work with Math, English, Science, Writing and Tutoring when needed. Whatever the
child needs are, are what service we provide. I help the teachers in the different classes
whenever necessary. From watching their class for ARDs meetings to help with lesson
plans.

Ran the office. Heavy customer contact, on the phones, in person and at the meetings.
Collected payments, wrote letters, screened call, made sure the office was always ready

contractors with complaints and other issues. Set up appointments for the three
property managers. Kept their schedules for meetings and when they would be in. Was
in charge of three Associations helping the property manager with the operations of
those associations. Made sure my files were up to date and current.

Responsible to make sure all aspects of the studio was cleaned. Used the multiple
cleaning machines to ensure that none of the different chemicals enter the air. The
chemicals used in this dept. are hazardous but with proper attention and knowledge of
the chemicals it keeps the dept. safe. Refilling the automatic towel machines a must.
Also loaded and unloaded kilns made glaze mixtures from the different chemicals that
are in the dept. I graduated otherwise would still be there. Was in charge of opening
and closing dept. for students to get their projects done.
