Description:
Policy and Document Management System is a product developed by MetricStream for the GRC world to maintain
the policies and Documents related to GRC world within a company.
Policy and Document Management System is kind of a repository for documents based on the workflows for approval
by each person at different levels.
There are many Lifecycles and different stages for a document to go through before a policy is created. Like
Reviewing, Approving and in case of any modifications rejecting a policy is done at different stages and different
level.
Once the Document is in production, Policy can be created. Notification will be sent through assignments and emails
at each stage.
A Document can be viewed, Downloaded or printed based on the user privileges set at each stages.
Document is converted to PDF using BCL tool and each approve is captured in the PDF.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Understanding the Requirements and Functional specification of the product.
• Involved in Design discussion of the new development for product with TL, Manager and Architect.
• Developing required features and components with focusing on quality of code writing as well as
performance of the product.

3. This is one of the prestigious projects for YALAMANCHILI and it was provided by MASTERCARD Client. In this
project we are providing the switch monitoring and daily operations such as application support, EOD Process, Card
Generation etc.
Multi-Currency Prepaid Card can be used like Gift Card Travel Card Customer of the Bank can do any transactions
using the Prepaid Cards as per the Transaction Settings done by the bank in the Business Operations login given to
the Client. Card holder will be provided with a customer login once the Card is activated. Branch user will be given a
login to reload / refund the card account which makes the Card holders to do the transactions in different channels
like WEB, POS, IVR, ECOM as per the transaction limit and fee settings for the product.
The world first prepaid travel card that enables travellers to lock in the exchange rate of up to six prominent
currencies on one card, providing anyone who travels with a highly convenient, cost effective and secure way of
spending and accessing money overseas. The Prepaid Card is accessible throughout the world and has the flexibility
to load and transfer between multiple currencies.
Data Migration
• Interacted with the Bank to get the requirements and implement Best Practices procedures.
• Created test plan and Technical Specification to measure the accuracy of the migration process.
• Develop a code that meets the Bank Requirement.
• Executed Reconciliation flows and steps to validate the migrated master and transactional data to the target
systems.

FICAC is a Government Organization in Fiji Islands. They involve in the activities of getting complaints from people
for corruption cases and charging the subjects based on the severity and FIJI law. The system used for getting the
complaints from the user, doing some assessment on that case, Investigating on the case, collecting evidences and
support documents, prosecuting in the court of FIJI against the charged, collecting the bio metric data of the charged
person, Maintaining the inventory of the evidences, Registering the evidences in registry, Controlling the departments
and divisions of the organization.
