2. About BonTerra Resources Inc.
BonTerra is a junior exploration company which completed an IPO on the
TSX.V on February 2, 2009.
The Company’s primary focus is Québec which has been acknowledged as
one of the most mining friendly jurisdictions on earth. The Company’s primary
Québec assets are the Eastern Extension and Urban-Barry Properties
northeast of Val d’Or, Québec in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.
BonTerra also holds rare metals properties near Nemiscau, Quebec east of
James Bay next to First Gold’s Pivert Lake Lithium Property.

4. Québec Gold Properties
French for “good earth” BonTerra has chosen
Quebec as its primary focus. BonTerra has the
right to earn a 100% interest in the Eastern
Extension and Urban-Barry properties both
subject to a 2% NSR.
These two projects, located 170km NE of Val
d’Or in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, host
significant gold mineralization in parallel NE to
SW trending zones. Gold in the area is primarily
associated with quartz-carbonate veins with
chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite and pyrite. The
properties are situated between Beaufield
Resources’ Zone 18 deposit and the Nubar
deposit. Just north of the property is a parallel
mineralized zone including Eagle Hill’s Windfall
Lake Property and the Metanor Barry Deposit.

7. Eastern Extension Property
BonTerra is currently drilling this property with 9 holes drilled so far (BA-10-01
to BA-10-09). To date the company has received high grade gold values in six
of these nine holes and hit gold in 8 out of 9 holes.
Historically the property was drilled in 1997 (5 drill holes for 830 metres) and
1998 (22 drill holes for 2500 metres) and identified two mineralized zones.
Additional historical drilling was completed as recently as 2001.
In 1998, the strike of zone 2 was said to be 450 feet (137.16 metres) from the
surface to a depth of 300 feet (91.44 metres). Zone 2 is hosted by a contact
related east-northeast striking, south-southeast dipping shear zone which has
been intruded by a narrow conformable felsic and siliceous intrusive. Gold
mineralization in zone 2 is primarily found as free visible millimetric grains in
quartz veins. The best mineralization is found in these quartz veins which are
located at the boundaries of the felsic intrusive within the shear zones.

13. Airborne and Ground Magnetics
An airborne magnetic survey was conducted on the Urban-Barry property in
2010. Of interest is a 3km NE to SW trending anomaly. This will be drill
tested this year.
BonTerra Resources is has also completed a ground based magnetic survey
on the Urban-Barry property in 2010. Approximately 81 metres of line
magnetic readings were taken over most of the property.
BonTerra is currently line cutting in preparation for a ground magnetic survey
to cover the Eastern Extension and Lavoie properties in the winter of 2011.
Targets of greatest interest will be further tested with an IP survey.

16. Rare Metals Property, Québec,
The property is situated directly west of First Gold’s Lac Pivert rare metals
property.
Rare metals (lithium, beryllium, rubidium and tantalum) are found in pegmatites.
The geology of the property is composed entirely of intrusive rocks. Tonalite and
granodiorite are the primary rock types with tonalite being the predominant.
Pegmatites can occur in both rock types. The Lac Pivert showing (First Gold) is
hosted in pegmatites set within a large area of tonalite. The Rose Showing is
also in tonalite which is proximal to a fragment of granodiorite.

18. Highlights of BonTerra Resources
Gold and Rare Metals properties in a politically stable and attractive mining
friendly jurisdiction, Québec, Canada.
BonTerra’s Eastern Extension property has 59 historical drill holes totaling
8650 metres and three known gold zones. In 2010, BonTerra drilled 9
holes. Eight of these holes have intercepted positive to excellent gold
values. BonTerra recently increased the strike of the deposit westwards.
High grade gold deposits along strike to the East (Beaufield Resources:
Zone 18) and to the west (Glen Eagle Resources: Nubar Deposit) of the
Urban-Barry property.
A second parallel trend of gold deposits is situated to the north of the
Urban-Barry Township and Eastern Extension properties. Most notable are
Eagle Hill`s Windfall Property and Metanor’s Barry Deposit which is in
production
