as permitted herein, including but not limited to my rights of privacy or publicity,
copyright, patent, trade secret, moral or trademark rights.
All permissions and releases granted by me herein shall be effective in perpetuity and
extend and apply to DEMATHON PICTURES and its assigns, contractors,
sublicensed distributors, successors, and agents.
