1. Cruïlla Barcelona Competition — Terms and Conditions
1. This competition (“Competition”) is organised by Blogmusik SAS (“Deezer”) and is open to
all residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of Deezer, companies
associated with the Competition and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this
Competition.
2. Entrant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be
bound by them when entering this Competition.
3. Deezer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
4. In order to be an eligible entry for the Competition, the entrant must go to the dedicated
competition page on Deezer, accessible at the URL
http://www.deezer.com/contest/contest‐1555, and fill in the entry form. In order for the
entry to be considered as complete, entrants must provide the following information: full
name, email address, and telephone number for contacting the entrant in the case that they
win the competition.
5. Maximum of one entry per person.
6. Starting Date: May 31st
2013, 10.00AM GMT.
7. Closing Date: June 10th
2013, 23.59 PM GMT. Entries received after the Closing Date will
not be counted. Proof of submission of an entry will not constitute proof of delivery and no
responsibility will be accepted for lost, corrupted, delayed or mislaid entries.
8. Deezer does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software
failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry. Entries
must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries, and entries which do
not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, will be disqualified and will not
be counted.
9. One (1) person that has made a complete, correct and eligible entry, received before the
Closing Date, will be drawn at random and shall be designated as the “Winner” of the
Competition.
10. Deezer will notify the “Winner” by email, to be sent to the email address registered by
the entrant in the Competition entry form, on June 11th
2013. The “Winner” has to confirm
receipt of the message within 24 hours of it being sent.
11. The “Winner” will receive a Cruïlla Barcenlona festival pack including:

2. a. One (1) pair of 2‐day tickets for Cruïlla Barcelona, and accommodation for two (2)
people at a hotel in Barcelona. Valid for June 5 th
and 6 th
only.
b. Return flights for two (2) people from a London airport to Barcelona (BCN) airport.
c. The pack is valued at 650.00 GBP incl.VAT.
d. There is no cash alternative to the Prizes (or any part of them).
e. The Prizes (or any part of them) are non‐refundable and non‐transferable.
The prize does not include any other transport costs or any other personal expenses than
those mentioned above.
The choice hotel will be made at a later date and the details will be shared with the winner
before July 5th
.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes
of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
12. If the “Winner” is not able, for any reason, to accept the Prize, or cannot be contacted
by direct message or does not confirm receipt of Deezer’s message mentioned in Section 10.
of the present Terms & Conditions within 24 hours of it being sent, Deezer reserves the right
to award the Prize to another eligible entrant.
13. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of
fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, Deezer and its associated companies and agents
exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
a) Any postponement or cancellation of the Competition, and
b) Any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach
the intended recipient), or use of the Prize, and
c) Any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond Deezer’s
reasonable control.
14. Winners agree to allow Deezer to use their name and likeness for advertising and
publicity purposes without any remuneration.
15. Apart from the above use of winners’ names, Deezer will use each winner’s, and each
entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Competition. Deezer’s

further details.
16. If the entrant has opted in, Deezer and its business partners may use the details he gives
in the entry form to contact the entrant for marketing purposes by phone, post, email and/or
SMS.

3. 17. This Competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the law of France. The entrant irrevocably
agrees that the courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or
claim that arises out of or in connection with this Competition.
