Role Definition:
Deliver operational reports to different level of users (sales team, management, country managers etc.) which give
the insight of business, responsible for generating, maintaining, supporting and independently executing adhoc and
pre-defined reports, to provide additional data as per client requirements make changes to the reports accordingly as
and when there are any changes at organization level like change in business unit adapting to new tool etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to publish various business related reports which gives the insight of business using Macro,
SQL, Access for various business groups of HP (Enterprise, Printing and personal systems, Technology
services and Finance business groups).
• Analyze and create a report as per business requirement in order to resolve business issues
• To prepare statistical trend analysis on reports and provide recommendation or solutions for betterment of
business.
• To be a part of VAS (value added service) projects and to be responsible to work together with team
throughout until completion and to monitor the status of project, have a work plan created in place,
communicate the progress on project regularly.
• Performing analysis to validate the accuracy of data being reported and providing trend/early-warning
analysis in case of discrepancies.
• Reporting Development (Report Design and Development, Testing & Validation &Report migration)
• Analyze the reports and to look for opportunities for automation of the reports.
• Make changes and update the reports accordingly whenever there are any changes in business or as per
customer needs.
• Ensure on-time, accurate and consistent delivery
2. • Balance Adhoc reporting requests with scheduled reporting
• Proactive communication to stakeholders/partners with respect to delay of reports for the team, BCP, issues
with regards to technical/transitions.
Some Of Reports Handled:
Order and Shipment for Enterprise group (storage, servers, networking) for Monthly sales review
TS Penetration report (penetration rate of services purchased along with the hardware)
RedHat, VmWare and Insight Control active and expired contracts on services for software license
Post Warranty report (Service orders received after warranty period for hardware product)
All BU revenue report
Blizzard Report (service attach rate for options and units for distributors and resellers)
Projects:
Was a part of project TS Naked Box which yielded us business opportunity of $14.67 M from APJ region, the
project is about the hardware sold without services we have identified such orders and have provided data to the
sales team so that they can convert this opportunity into new business to HP this has now become a monthly activity
so that we provide the month on month status.
Job Role as Senior Process Associate and senior process associate:
Was part of MDF (Marketing Development Funds) team in HP, which fund the partners (Resellers, Wholesaler,
Retailers) to promote/market HP products in Supporting EMEA region, providing partner support on issues and
program inquiries, and the fulfillment of partner programs.
• Update and maintain partner data other MDF related data (planning, claiming) into a tool SIEBEL (Partner
Relation Management).
• Sending communications to partners to claim their MDF.
• Request for proofs and invoice for the activity executed by partners.
• Audit claims submitted by partners based on defined program rules
• Process claims of Market Development Fund activities and create request for payments
• Worked on operational reports (Payment file report, Backlog report, Claim Form Report etc.)
• Creating monthly dashboards to which gives visibility of MDF claims.
• Handle all escalation and have trained new joiners.
• Was QC SPOC for the team for the invoices which gets paid on the basis of high $ value.
• Highlight issues that affect our End to End business metric.
• Initiated to work as per country module so that we can be more focused and have a single point of contact
to customers/clients.
• Initiated Regular calls with customers to fix issues if any.
• Have worked with EMEA Compliance team and have brought up claims that were fraudulent.
• Preparing monthly dash board for claiming and payment status for this program.
