Savings by Design Program Architect- Southern California Edison
Ventura, CA ▪ August 2010 - Present
 Served as subject matter expert for Zero Net Energy within SCE’s Business Customer Division.
 Liaison to statewide utilities team for content management and strategic direction of the Energy Design
Resources website.
 Managed New Construction Energy Efficiency projects within the Savings by Design program for
customers throughout SCE territory.
 Facilitated design team meetings as a forum to make energy efficiency recommendations on new
projects, and to capture stakeholder requirements regarding energy efficiency.
 Exceeded performance goals, measured by number of committed projects and by total energy and
demand savings.
 Spearheaded numerous process improvements, including Excel-based calculation tools, customer
input templates, Job Aids, and the implementation of PDF editing software that transitioned the
department’s workflow from a paper-based review process to fully digital.
 Helped to develop the Zero Net Energy Schools Pilot, including comments on the Advice Letter to the
Public Utilities Commission
