Research triangle Park, nC davis Park is a 150 acre new urbanist mixed-use community underway in the heart of the Research
triangle Park. davis Park will include up to 2,500 multi-family units and approximately 225,000 SF
of office and commercial space.

durham, nC the town Center for 751 South is the downtown retail core of a new traditional neighborhood
development located in southern durham, near the border of Chatham County. the community
consists of retail, office, multi-family, single-family, a neighborhood elementary school and a
yMCA.

MEADOWMONT
VILLAGE CENTER
Chapel hill, nC Meadowmont is a 400-acre master planned tnd development on the highway 54 gateway into
Chapel hill. the village Center is the centerpiece of the development, and is designed as a festive
pedestrian oriented marketplace organized around a “village Green/Main Street.” Both living units
and office space are located above ground level retail. A 50,000 SF harris teeter Market anchors
the development.

VILLAGE

HOMES
Chapel hill, nC Southern village, located on Market Street of Chapel hill, nC, is a 15,000 square feet mixed use
building complex with retail on the ground level and condominiums on the upper levels. Market
Street has the look and feel of a classic main street. each building has a distinctive architectural
design. Attractive two and three-story buildings house shops, offices and residences and surround
a village Green. through the design of Market Street suggests an older town, the office and retail
spaces offer what today’s businesses have come to expect - easy access, ample parking, a wealth
of amenities and state of the art technology.

CAPITOL PARK
Raleigh, nC Capitol Park is a mixed-use neighborhood adjacent to both Peach College and the nC State
Government Complex. it represents a $30 million hope vi Grant from the department of housing
and Urban development (hUd). the grant funded the demolition of halifax Court, a Public
housing Project built in 1947, and the construction of a new Urbanist development that mirrors
the fabric of the contiguous Pilot Mill and Mordecai neighborhoods. Jdavis Aarchitects provided
both architecture, landscape architecture, and planning for the entirety of Capitol Park.

durham, nC the Few Gardens Revitalizations represents $60 Million hope vi Grant from the department of
housing and Urban development (hUd). the grant funds the revival of Few Gardens, a Public
housing Project in downtown durham.

GOVERNORS
VILLAGE AT
DANIELS ISLAND
Charleston, SC Governors village was planned as a traditional neighborhood development in keeping with the
community design standards of daniels island. Apartment buildings “front” a central boulevard
with sidewalks, street trees and paralle parking. the majority of parking for the community is
hidden from public view in the rear of the buildings.
A percentage of the ground floor is dedicated to retail space. Additionally the community center
and leasing offices are also integal with the ground floor of the apartment buildings.

WEST VILLAGE
durham, nC West village is an urban mixed-used, development community consisting of the adaptive-reuse of
six historic tobacco warehouses built between 1899 and 1926 and was once used by the liggett
& Myers tobacco Company to store and process tobacco and manufacture cigareets. West village
represents 992,000 SF of historic Preservation / Renovation project consists of 375 loft-style
apartments, 164,000 square feet of class A office/lab space and 58,000 square feet of retail space
on downtown’s Main Street.

Raleigh, nC Ramblewood Residential is a pedestrian “friendly” infill development of 155 townhouse and
condominium living units, located inside the Beltline in Raleigh. there are three (3) distinct
residential product types in the community.
