For those of you who are new to the Mitel Application Suite, MAS is a unified communications solution that brings together business-critical applications into an easy-to-use, cost-effective solution. MAS delivers such capabilities as unified messaging, speech-enabled auto-attendant, mobility, teleworking, sophisticated audio and web conferencing, entry level contact centers, and business reporting tailored to the needs of small to medium sized business.. It integrates seamlessly with the Mitel Communications Director, the Mitel 5000 Communications Platform (CP), and the Mitel Axxess PBX – all of which provide call control, extensive features and supports a wide range of innovative desktop devices and applications. MAS is focused on delivering (1) Simplicity in terms of offering multiple applications on a single server, and a single point of access to UC applications via the Mitel Unified Communicator Advanced Client.
