Danielle A. Jones gave a presentation at HRMATT's 9th Biennial Conference about the importance of social media for careers and companies. She discussed how having an online presence can help with both recruiting and employer branding. Jones also highlighted some of the risks of social media, like employees posting sensitive information or personal opinions, and suggested companies implement social media policies and guidelines to address these issues.
