our statewide percentage, and therefore securingadditional fundingin the followingyear’s allocations.

Created fundraisingcommittee to increasenon-restricted funding for agency programs.
Created WMCA Freezin’ for a Reason Partner Plunge, which is now in its fourth year and has helped to support 6 area
non-profits to further their missions. The event spurred the creation of Wilton’s ScarecrowFest through the Wilton
Group, and the two events are held consecutively each year.
Co-creator of WMCA’s Ugly Sweater Party. This event is now sponsored annually by the Dugout with a different non-
profitbenefactor each year.
WMCAOn Call Coordinator
Developed a WMCA “call center” from concept to operation which allowed a singlepointof entry into WMCA services.
WMCA On Call was selected as an “Exemplary Practices Project”and studied for replication in other agencies.
