EXPERIENCES
I was part of a small team which scheduled all of the University’s taught courses,
managing the timetabling for several diverse schools. I trained school staff on
data collection and software use, then scheduled and revised the timetable both
independently and in collaboration with the academic schools. Used timetable
data to work with Estates and Curriculum staff on future development projects,
ensuring that timetable quality could be maintained
ACHIEVEMENTS
Suggested to University management, then implemented, a method of
simplifying timetable creation, based on popularity of student choice.
Centralised the teaching timetable data for the School of Education
Achieved a better data quality by training staff on timetable software

EXPERIENCES
I managed student module enrolment, and supported the systems team
responsible for developing online systems. I also managed the timetabling for
approximately a quarter of the University, including Schools of Veterinary
Science, Biosciences, Languages and Humanities.

EXPERIENCES
I was part of a small team responsible for the centralised timetabling of all
teaching activities, taking particular responsibility for providing training on data
collection across the University, and using my experience from my previous
timetabling post to improve relevant courses.

I managed the timetabling across the faculty, managed four staff with

Centralised the timetabling of a recently merged faculty which had been
two separate departments, unifying processes and standards.
