Business Development
Built instructional business to 1500 hours per year since 2010, close to 100% growth in each of the first two seasons
Hired an intern to assist with additional instructional programs to capitalize on additional gross profit of $15,000
Developed and currently improving a golf statistical measurement program named Measured Practice
(measuredpractice.com)
o Measured Practice is designed to measure on course and practice stats in a strokes gained and lost
manner to assist coaches and players in determining where their weaknesses are and to practice with
some pressure
Worked with website development firm to develop the formulas, content, and website layout for Measured Practice
Improved the indoor learning facility through addition of $30,000 in technology and facility layout improvements
Increased total number of lessons for all staff members through creating successful youth and adult year round
programs
Developed relationships with multiple local fitness professionals to assist in developing players fitness levels
Assisted in golf schools and corporate outings at Sea Island with Todd Anderson and staff
