8. Discovery & Assessment Candidate Development Treeline will become immersed in your corporate culture, structure, and strategy. We will bring structure to our initial dialog, ask the right questions, and listen. We will need to understand the pulse, spirit, and history of the organization to find the right person and the right fit. We will understand the past and the future especially with respect to goals and aspirations. We will assimilate our team with the greatest possible sense of urgency to ensure that we understand the opportunities as well as the critical success factors to be managed and mitigated by the new team members. Our findings are discussed; and yield search criteria in terms of requirements and prerequisite experience and characteristics. Treeline will pursue direct conversations with the individuals identified in the Candidate Development Plan. Treeline will directly search, source and pursue conversations with individuals that meet the discussed criteria. Treeline will leverage its growing database of high-value contacts together with an extensive network of organizations and professionals that can add value in the search. The goals are simple – quickly execute on the agreed upon criteria and geographic location for each position and find the most qualified person and best fit. Treeline’s commitment to the highest ethical standards, and value of diversity and equal opportunity, are reflected in each and every search we complete. Treeline will screen and interview candidates. We will apply our vast interview experience to qualify candidates. A resume and written introduction of each candidate will be provided to the client electronically. Candidate employment history will be analyzed, and qualified relative to the factors and search criteria discussed in the Discovery & Assessment phase of the engagement. Communication is critical. Treeline will maintain communication and contact with the candidates to ensure each is handled with care and respect, and always aware of the status and next steps.
9. Client Feedback Client Interviews Conclusion Client will provide constant, honest feedback regarding the candidate criteria, requirements, volume and overall effectiveness of our service. We ask that hiring managers provide Treeline account managers with schedule and interview availability, as well as time frame of hiring (pertinent start dates). Treeline requests that feedback regarding submitted resumes and interviews be given within 48 hours. When corresponding via email regarding candidates, we ask that you include the Treeline account manager and consultant (reply to all). Open dialog and ongoing communication is also designed to ensure each search remains harmonized with the initial plan while also facilitating necessary adjustments. Treeline will look for client leadership to identify candidates of interest and will participate to coordinate and schedule all interviews with hiring managers if requested by the client. Treeline will join feedback discussions with hiring managers and candidates to guide the process and make sure there is not break in communication. After each interview Treeline will consistently communicate candidate interest, concern and competition with hiring managers to ensure offer acceptance. Treeline’s role at this juncture is to maintain sensitivity and awareness relative to the complex and sometimes unpredictable factors associated with the candidate decision making process. Dialog at this stage in the process is delicate and requires an experienced third party – Treeline. Clients derive significant value from Treeline’s tremendous experience with hundreds of placements at this stage in the process. Treeline also provides guidance regarding compensation parameters and current industry practices. Following the hiring decision, Treeline helps the client transition the new team member’s experience.
