Manager - Register Sales Processing Development (2007 – 2010)
2. Directly responsible for overseeing the Register Processing (RPS), Corporate Sales Reporting (CSL)
and Cash Accounting (OVS) systems. Responsible for ensuring that the systems processes are functional,
optimized and meet corporate requirements which includes capturing and reporting all selling floor and
alternate selling channels sales data in a timely and accurate manor according to company guidelines.
Ensure that the systems are available, optimally tuned to perform systemic auditing, validating, and
balancing of transactions and registers. Includes financial (audited and unaudited sales, returns, etc.) and
non-financial (timekeeping, memo sales) transactions.
Supervisor - Quality Assurance (2006 – 2007)
Responsible for establishing and developing the quality control practice for the business unit, with in the
project management organization, by building process and procedures that adhere to company standards.
This includes defining work area responsibilities, developing associates with appropriate learning tracks,
conducting education sessions for business unit on roles and responsibilities of the area, resource planning
based on project needs and creating standardized test environments. Act as a mentor; coach and team lead is

unit.
Supervisor - Point-of-Sale Data Processing (2004 – 2006)
Supervise and coordinate team efforts, which included nine associates, to enhance and maintain store data
collection systems. Responsibilities included project management and technical lead for area. I served as

Mainframe application development – My responsibilities through out the system development life
cycle were designing, coding, testing, implementing and supporting a new reservation and
fulfillment system that helped bolster Macys.com internet sales by increasing fulfillment rates from
warehouse to customer. I focused my programming developmental skills around in line COBOL
DB2 programming and DB2 atomization, which was essential for improving processing times and
cost reduction. I participated in 24/7 on call application support through team beeper rotation.
