Dan Oyler,SPHRisPresident andPrincipal of HRC. He hasmany yearsof experienceinall facetsof HR,
withparticularexpertise inthese 3areasof specialty. Danhasworkedfordivisionsof several Fortune
500 companiesandhasalwaysbeenonthe leadingedge of HRpractices. Dan has workedmanyyearsin
bothdomestic(US) and international recruiting;hasdone compensationworkforanumberof
businesses;andhasservedincompliance rolesthroughseveral OFCCP,EEOCandWage Hour Division
(DOL) audits. In prioryears,Dan alsooperateda verysuccessful consultingcompanywhichperformed
subcontractwork fora large national consultingfirm.
Dan has beenemployedwithcompaniessuchas Johnson &Johnson and ITT–Night Vision. He hasalso
consultedorcontractedrecentlywith TMEIC(ToshibaMitsubishi Electrical Industrial Corporation),once
a part of GE, and Yokohama TireCorporation (the NorthAmericandivisionof Yokohama Rubberof
Japan). Otherprominentclientcompanies have included AT&T,Bell South,Elizabeth Arden,Ingersoll
Rand,Norfolk&Southern,Sears andWestvaco (now part of Mead Corporation). Danworkedwiththese
companiesthroughaprior consultingbusiness –HR Transitions. Additionally,he taughtthe Human
ResourcesCertificationCourse for15years througha local college.
Since HRC isa small familybusiness,we concentrate oureffortsonone ortwoclientsata time inorder
