General Summary:
Detroit Employment Solutions, a Michigan Works! Agency, has partnered with mortgage clients to provide
referrals for their positions. Some of the positions are direct, and most of them are contract-to-direct. The
positions start ASAP, so anyone interested should attend our recruitment event (details below).
Responsibilities:
Metro Detroit mortgage companies are hiring for the following positions:
• Title Clearance Analysts
• Closers
• Document Specialists
• Tax Analysts
• Closing Processors
• HUD Reviewers
• Recording Analysts
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work self-directed and in team environments
• Mortgage or title industry experience preferred
• Accounting, Banking or Real Estate experience required for most positions
• Customer service experience mandatory
• Must be able to pass a lifetime background check
• Must be able to pass a tying and data entry assessment
• Must be able to provide at least two professional references (team leader, supervisor, management level
– must be someone to whom you reported)
