3. Arabia was a land of caravan trade routes. Mohammed was born in Mecca about 570 A.D. Mecca was important for its religious center; the Ka’aba. Mecca The Ka’aba temple that Muslims pilgrimage to today … Is the pagan temple of 360 idols that existed in Mecca in 600 A.D. Today 600 A.D. MECCA
4. Ishaq’s Sira: The Life of Muhammad Chapter 38 “ Now along with the Ka’aba, the Arabs had adopted Tawaghits , temples they venerated like the Ka’aba. They, too, had their custodians. They used to circumambulate them .” “ Every house had an idol which they worshiped. They would rub the stone for good luck . ... “ Luhayy put Al-Uzza in a Nakhla Tawaghit. When they had finished their Ka’aba Hajj they circumambulated Al-Uzza. Circumambulate: to walk in a circle about them , as they do at the Ka’aba in Mecca today. The Ka’aba of Mecca is a Tawaghit or Arabic temple , which were quite common. Some idols were stones (rocks) which they were rubbed for luck.
5. Before Mohammed, the Meccans or Quraysh worshipped Allah as one of their many gods. He was worshipped as the moon god and three other goddesses were worshiped as his daughters. Ishaq’s Sira: The Life of Muhammad Chapter 38 “ Al-Lat was in a Tawaghit Temple in Fa’if which was venerated like the Ka’aba.” ... “ Luhayy put Al-Uzza in a Nakhla Tawaghit. When they had finished their Ka’aba Hajj they circumambulated Al-Uzza. The Quraysh worshiped her. Manat was worshiped by the Aus and Khazraj in Yathrib.” (Moon God) Allah Al-Lat + (Sun Goddess) Mannat Al-Uzza (Luck Fortune) (Venus) (Sirius)
6. Tabari VI:108 / Ishaq:165 The Satanic Verses : “ The Messenger saw his tribe turn on him. He was pained to see them shunning the message he had brought from Allah. So he longed for something that would reconcile his tribe to him .” … Then Allah revealed: ‘By the Star when it sets, your comrade does not err, nor is he deceived; nor does he speak out of his own desire. And when he came to the words: ‘Have you thought about Al-Lat, Al-Uzza and Manat,’ Satan , when he was meditating upon it and desiring to bring reconciliation, cast on his tongue , because of his inner longings and what he desired, the words: ‘ These are exalted high-flying cranes (goddesses). Verily their intercession is accepted with approval. ” “ When the Quraysh heard this, they rejoiced and were delighted at the way in which he spoke of their gods , and they listened to him. While the Muslims, trusting their Prophet in respect to the messages which he brought, did not suspect him of a vain desire or slip. When he came to the prostration, having completed the surah, he prostrated himself and the Muslims did likewise , obeying his command and following his example.” (Moon God) Allah Al-Lat + (Sun Goddess) Mannat Al-Uzza (Luck Fortune) (Venus) (Sirius)
7. Qur’an 022.052 So Allah reveiled: “ Never did We send a messenger or a prophet before you, but, when he framed a desire, Satan threw some vanity into his desire: but Allah will cancel anything (vain) that Satan throws in.” Tabari VI:110 “ Thus Allah removed the sorrow from his Messenger, reassured him about that which he had feared, and cancelled the words which Satan had cast on his tongue, that their gods were exalted high-flying cranes (goddesses) whose intercession was accepted with approval. He now revealed… Qur’an 053: 19 - 23 Have you considered Lat and 'Uzza, And Manat, the other third (of the pagan deities)? Are there sons for you , and daughters for Him ? This is certainly an unjust apportioning. These are only names which you and your fathers have invented. No authority was sent down by God for them. They only follow conjecture and wish fulfillment even though guidance had come to them already from their Lord.
8. Ishaq’s Sira: The Life of Muhammad Chapter 530 [About 629 AD Mohammed and his followers came to Mecca to worship under a peace treaty with the Quarysh (Meccans).] “ The Prophet stroked and kissed the Black Stone. Then he went out trotting around the Ka’aba as did his Companions. When the Temple concealed Muhammad from the Meccans and he had “istalama” (which means to embrace, stroke, and kiss) the southern corner of the Ka’aba, he walked to “istalama” the Black Stone a second time. Then he “harwala” (which means to trot or prance swinging the shoulders side to side in a gloating manner) similarly for three circumambulations. He walked the remainder of them. The Apostle only did this to show off in front of the Quraysh.” 14m Allah’s black stone was already in the Ka’aba at Mecca. Prior to Mohammed cleaning out the other idols. Allah’s black stone was already an important idol of the Meccan Ka’aba, set in the southern corner of the wall. Mohammed followed the standard pagan rituals of the temple as do Muslim pilgrims today.
9. “ The Black Stone, the holy relic embedded in a corner of the Ka‘aba that is kissed by many pilgrims. It was revered as sacred in Mecca prior to the founding of Islam. Muslim tradition says the Black Stone was found by Abraham (Ibrahim) and his son Ishmael (Ismail) when they were searching for stones with which to build the Ka’aba. According to popular belief, it absorbs the sins of those who touch it.” Allah’s Black Stone at the Ka’aba in Mecca today

12. History of Al-Tabari I:360 “ The ark carried them around the entire Earth in six months. It did not come to rest anywhere until it came to the Sacred Territory of Mecca and Medina. However, it did not enter the Sacred Territory but circled around for a week. The House built by Adam was lifted up, so that it was not submerged —the inhabited House with the Black Stone.” … “ The oven with the water boiling that Allah made as sign between Himself and Noah was the oven of stone that belonged to Eve.… On Friday, the 10th of Rajab it took off. It passed the House, which had been lifted up by Allah so it would not be submerged. Noah circumnavigated it seven times . It then went to Yemen and returned.”

14. Mohammed’s Uncle Abu Lahab was the custodian of Ka’aba when Mohammed was orphaned. The custodian had the right to collect money from pilgrims and the exclusive right to feed and lodge pilgrims. Mohammed’s rich uncle never acknowledged him. Mecca

26. The Holy Bible; Genesis 12: 1 - 3 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will show thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee , and curse him that curseth thee : and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed .
27. The Holy Bible; Genesis 13: 14 – 17 And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever . And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered. Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee.
28. The Holy Bible; Genesis 17: 6-8 / 15-16 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee . And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant , to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be . And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her.

31. The Holy Bible; Genesis 17: 6-8 / 15-16 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee , and kings shall come out of thee . And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant , to be a God unto thee , and to thy seed after thee . And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her .
32. The Holy Bible; Genesis 17: 19 – 21 And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac : and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant , and with his seed after him. And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation. But my covenant will I establish with Isaac , which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.
33. The Holy Bible Genesis 16: 1- 6 Now Sarai Abram's wife bore him no children: and she had an handmaid , an Egyptian , whose name was Hagar. And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai. And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife. And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived : and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes. … But Abram said unto Sarai, Behold, thy maid is in thy hand; do to her as it pleaseth thee. And when Sarai dealt hardly with her, she fled from her face.
34. The Holy Bible Genesis 6: 7 – 12 And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur. … And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Return to thy mistress, and submit thyself under her hands. And the angel of the LORD said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude . And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael ; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction. And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren .
35. The Holy Bible Genesis 21: 5-14 And Abraham was a hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him… And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking. Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac. … And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called. … And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread , and a bottle of water , and gave it unto Hagar , putting it on her shoulder, and the child , and sent her away : and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beer-sheba.
36. The Holy Bible: The New Testament Galatians 4: 22 - 31 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons , the one by a bondmaid , the other by a freewoman . But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh ; but he of the freewoman was by promise . Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants ; the one from the mount Sinai, which engendereth to bondage, which is Hagar . … Now we, brethren, as Isaac was , are the children of promise . But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit , even so it is now. Nevertheless what saith the Scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.
37. The Holy Bible Genesis Chapter 23 And Sarah was a hundred and seven and twenty years old : these were the years of the life of Sarah. ... And after this, Abraham buried Sarah his wife in the cave of the field of Machpelah before Mamre: the same is Hebron in the land of Canaan. Genesis Chapter 25 Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah . And she bore him Zimran , and Jokshan , and Medan , and Midian , and Ishbak , and Shuah … And Abraham gave all that he had unto Isaac . But unto the sons of the concubines , which Abraham had, Abraham gave gifts, and sent them away from Isaac his son , while he yet lived, eastward, unto the east country. … Then Abraham gave up the ghost, … And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, … there was Abraham buried, and Sarah his wife .

40. And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation , because he is thy seed. And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beer-sheba.
41. The Holy Bible Genesis 21: 15 - 21 And the water was spent in the bottle, and she cast the child under one of the shrubs . … : for she said, Let me not see the death of the child . And she … lifted up her voice, and wept. And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is . Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation . And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water ; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink. And God was with the lad ; and he grew, and dwelt in the wilderness , and became an archer . And he dwelt in the wilderness of Paran: and his mother took him a wife out of the land of Egypt .
42. The Holy Bible Genesis 25:1-10 [ after the death of Sarah ] Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah. And she bore him Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. and Jokshan begot Sheba, and Dedan. And the sons of Dedan were Asshurim, and Letushim, and Leummim. … All these were the children of Keturah. And Abraham gave all that he had unto Isaac. But unto the sons of the concubines , which Abraham had, Abraham gave gifts, and sent them away from Isaac his son, while he yet lived , eastward, unto the east country. … Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years ; and was gathered to his people. And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, … … there was Abraham buried, and Sarah his wife.
43. The Holy Bible: Genesis 22: 1-18 And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham , and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am . And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest , and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. … Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off. … And Isaac spoke unto Abraham his father, and said, … Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering ? And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering : so they went both of them together.
44. The Holy Bible: Genesis 22: 1-18 And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order , and bound Isaac his son , and laid him on the altar upon the wood. And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son . And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I. And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad , neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God , seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.
45. The Holy Bible: Genesis 22: 1-18 And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son. … And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham … And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD , for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son : That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed ; because thou hast obeyed my voice.

56. Tabari II: “ Hagar was of good appearance and Sarah gave her to Abraham, saying, ‘Take her. You may take pleasure in Hagar, for I have permitted it .’” “ The Messenger said, ‘When you conquer Egypt treat its people well. They’re kin and deserve protection.’” “ Abraham left Egypt for Syria, for he was afraid of the Egyptian king and anxious about his evil ways. He settled in Beersheba in the land of Palestine, which is the desert of Syria.” Tabari II:72 “ Sarah swore to cut something off of Hagar . ‘I shall cut off her nose, I shall cut off her ear—but no, that would deform her. I will circumcise her instead.’ So she did that, and Hagar took a piece of cloth to wipe the blood away. For that reason women have been circumcised and have taken pieces of cloth down to today .” Tabari II:68 “Abraham was sixteen when he was thrown into the fire, and Isaac was seven when he was sacrificed , while Sarah was ninety when she bore him . The place of his sacrifice was about two miles from Bayt Iliya [?]. When Sarah learned what Allah wanted with Isaac, she fell ill for two days and died on the third. 57. Tabari II:69 “After Ishmael and Isaac were born, Allah commanded Abraham to build a House for Him in which He would be worshipped and His name mentioned.” Tabari II:70 “When he built it he went forth and left Hagar and Ishmael behind. Ishmael became very thirsty . Hagar climbed Safa to look for water but saw nothing . Then she went to Marwah , but the same thing happened. Then she returned to Safa and looked around, but could not find Ishmael. After looking seven times without success she said, ‘Ishmael, you have died where I cannot see you.’” “ The boy scraped the ground with his finger and the spring of Zamzam welled up . Hagar began to dam up the water, but Gabriel said, ‘Leave it.’” Tabari II:82 “The Prophet said, ‘ Gabriel came to Abraham on the day of Tarwiyah and went with him to Mina, Arafat, back to Mina, threw stones, performed the sacrifice, shaved his head, and finally hurried to the House . Then Allah ordered Muhammad to ‘follow the religion of Abraham.’” [16:123] Then Allah ordered Muhammad to ‘follow the religion of Abraham.’” [16:123]

62. The Holy Bible Romans 4: 2- 9 For if Abraham were justified by works , he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. For what saith the Scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness . Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace , but of debt . But to him that worketh not , but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly , his faith is counted for righteousness . Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man , unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works , Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven , and whose sins are covered . Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin . … for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness .
63. The Holy Bible Romans 10: 2- 10 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge . For they being ignorant of God's righteousness , and going about to establish their own righteousness , have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them . But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, … That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus , and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved . For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness ; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation .
64. The Holy Bible Galatians 3: 10 - 14 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse : for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them . But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith . And the law is not of faith : but, The man that doeth them shall live in them . Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law , being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith .
65. The Holy Bible Ephesians 2: 8 - 10 For by grace are ye saved through faith ; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works , lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship , created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
