comfortable so if they have a problem, they know
they can depend on the police.

they need in a police car unless it is something
that they wear such as handcuffs and a gun.
4. Police have dogs that help them search for missing
people or drugs. When people go missing, people
call the police because they know police ask the
right questions to find missing people.
5. Police arrest citizens when they break the law.
Police keep bad citizens in jail when they find out
that they break laws. Remember, it is the police
job to keep the citizens safe.
6. Police protect the community. When a police
officer see a citizen breaking the law, the police
gets the bad citizen off the street and puts them in
jail.
7. Police helps children. Sometimes children have
problems at home, so the police is there to give
them good advice.
