2. Brief history
The National Trade Register Office is organized under the
National Trade Register Office
subordination of the Ministry of Justice as a public institution
with legal personality, fully financed from the state budget,
through the budget of the Ministry of Justice.

The National Trade Register Office is organized on 2 levels:
at local level, represented by 42 trade register offices, without legal
personality, operating under each tribunal and being subordinated to
the National Trade Register Office.
at national level, as a public institution with legal personality, financed
from the state budget, under the subordination of the Ministry of
Justice.
