for a year and a half as I have worked with her and enjoyed her friendship outside of our professional
connection. Constance has proven to be a thoughtful and kind friend. In the time I’ve known her, she
has always exhibited good character and integrity. She is reliable, supportive and a great communicator.
While working with Constance I’ve seen her formally acknowledged by the team she supports, for her
dedication and extra efforts. I know she’s been given additional responsibilities outside of her scope of
work that she handles with ease. I’ve also seen her seek out opportunities to gain new skills and to learn
new aspects of her work. Often on projects with deadlines, the workload is overwhelming, but
Constance maintains a positive attitude and focused on the goals in front of her. I respect her strong
