How to create a report of registered children and youth workers from the Community of Christ Shelby database.

Left click once with the mouse to advance slides.
To view the slide show, click on the “slide show icon” on your
system tray (bottom of the screen).

2. Choose
“Membership” from
the main screen

3. Choose “Reports”
and then “Selections
and Listings” from
the Membership
Home Base.

4. You can create your
own Report Group by
typing your name in
“Report Group” field
Choose “New” to
create a new
report

5. This screen asks what Modules you
are pulling your information from.
Membership reports are pulled from
the highlighted modules. There is no
need to change this screen.
Click “OK”

6. Name your report.
Choose “Profile
Either/Or” on the Criteria
(left) side of the screen
Double Click.

7. Choose Profile WC000100 Youth
Worker and WC000101 Youth
Worker - Assistant
Click “OK”

8. Choose “Name List” on
the Reports (right) side
of the screen.
Double click.
Name your report
Click “OK”

9. Leave “Sort Order” on
Alphabetical
Click the “Sort” tab

10. Click the “Print
Parameters” tab
Check “Include Active
Individuals”, “Include
Members” and “Include
Friends”
Click Save
Click Close

11. Choose the report
you just created
Click on “Run”

12. You will get a print
preview of your
report
Click “Print”
Once you have
printed your
report, click
“Close”.

13. Click “Close”
The next screen
asks if you want
to save the
previously
selected names.
Always say “No”.
