Work was completed by 2009. Located at Annojiguda - Pocharam belt - Warangal Road. The
SEZ would focus on IT and ITeS companies. It has created new residential and commercial

5. #4 APIIC Commercial Zone
Infrastructure development began from mid-2008. Based at Gandipet Road. It focuses on
various industries. The zone has greatly impacted the land rates of surrounding areas as well
as new residential zones.

Work commenced in late 2008. Established at Tellapur, Old / New Mumbai Road.
The motive of this Integrated Township is to ease traffic congestion by meeting the growing

8. #7 Textile Park & IIC Commercial Zone
Although completed by 2009, development work is still in progress. Set up at Gundla
Pochampally, Medchal Road. The project encourages the textile manufacturing sector. New

Work schedule yet to be finalized; would be situated at Koheda, Vijayawada Road. The
project would comprise IT and ITeS parks, residential units along with other requisite
