2. Proposed:
• Adds Micro-Industrial Uses to the list of permitted uses for the NG-1
and NG-2 Northgate zoning districts.
Existing:
• Currently only permitted in the General Commercial
(GC), Commercial-Industrial (CI), and Business Park Industrial (BPI)
zoning districts.
• All production activities must take place within an enclosed building.
• Limited in size to no more than 5,000 gross square feet.
