Uptime is the percentage of time that the hosting server has been
working and available.
99% at least but your looking for 99.9%
3. Disk Space
Disk Space is the amount of space that you are allocated for your
website.
If your on a host now look at what you have and add at least 20% to that
number to be on the safe side. More if you know your growing big.
4. Bandwidth
Bandwidth is the amount of data that your host will let you and your
visitors upload and download in a given month.
Unlimited doesn’t always mean unlimited

6. Accessibility
Can you access the server to do what you want?
Shared accounts don’t allow root access in most cases, so if you’re a
developer this is important to know. Both for yourself or your offering a
service.

Some allow unlimited others charge you after a set amount.
