3. Introduction:
Time Management
According to the World English Dictionary, time management
means: the analysis of how working hours are spent and the
prioritization of tasks in order to maximize personal efficiency in the
workplace
The purpose of this analysis is to track how I manage my time for
two consecutive days in order to find out how I currently manage my
time and how I can perfect my time management skills in the future
in order to work more efficiently.

8. Analysis
On Day 1, I spent almost all my time on
quadrant II and no time whatsoever on
quadrant I which was why on day 2 I spent a
significant amount of time on quadrant
I, almost but not exactly equal to the time
spent in quadrant II.
Due to the fact that I did nothing pertaining
to quadrant I on the first day, on day two I
was awake longer hours than usual
9. Strengths
I make lists to remind myself of what I have to do (to do lists)
I make sure I get rid of the easy work fast I order to
concentrate more amounts of time in the hard work.
When I am at work and I have nothing to do I use my time
wisely and do some homework.
10. Weaknesses
I get distracted easily
I tend to take too many breaks
I take more time in the easy things than I should
I tend to study around other people which does not let
me get much done
11. Conclusion:
The ideal way
On Day 1, I should have spent some time
on quadrant I so I would not have had to do
some much of the work pertaining to that
quadrant on day 2.
From now on I will do my best to manage my
team more wisely and spend each day doing
a little of what pertain of each quadrant so
my work wont pile up.
On the bright side I spent no time on
quadrant IV which I will continue to do.
