I have assessed the suitability of software selected during mobilisation, to improve processes
to support this implementation and to fill the gaps not met by the software. The major
part of this work is the identification of new software for Purchase Order Processing. I am
running every aspect of this project, liaising with external stakeholders, including vendors
and lawyers, working with all internal teams, both users and support and completing
documentation. I am also responsible for the identification and mitigation of risks and
dependencies which touch the project.

This company have requested to stay anonymous however, references are available. I was
asked to provide analysis and a report considering how this company could combine its
digital platforms, and in particular add cohesion to its outage reporting across all the legacy
companies which had come together to comprise the new entity. It was most convenient
to conduct this analysis over a busy period leading up to Christmas as it was possible to
see the true impact of heavy traffic on the various systems. Part of the report was also to
consider a plan for Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning.
SENIOR CHANGE MANAGER (INTERIM) • SKY LTD • FEB 2015 - OCT 2016
I am responsible for the gathering, compilation and collation of processes for the help
functions across the suite of Sky products including TV, Broadband, Talk and Mobile
Services. I am also working on the requirements gathering of a help suite for a new set of
products to be launched by Sky in the Autumn (under NDA). Further and possibly most
important part of the role is to transition the future management of these processes to a
new site, and new staff. Working to establish change processes for the new team and also
helping with staff motivation issues in their new roles. Key to the role is stakeholder
management, liaising with off site development team who were previously integrated in the
team infrastructure (onsite).
