when assistance was needed

Was always one step ahead ­Always made herself busy and ensured the facility and her team ran
efficiently and smoothly. There was always coverage for shifts and customers/students were always
taken care of

Her role was very broad ­ She was always willing to work no matter the task. its difficult to say if there
was any major areas of improvement as she gave everything a go and was always willing to do it to
the best standard

2. Claire came into a very new face to face concept of the business. The role she filled during her time
with us was ever changing and challenging at times She adapted and contributed to its success and
made her self available in order to be successful. Her organisation and willingness to learn made her
an easy choice when selecting a team leader. She approached everyday with a positive attitude and
has an exceptional work ethic.
She is personable, considerate, hard working and has great attention to detail. She is a natural when it
comes to dealing with difficult situations and is always ready to assist any team that requires it.
Claire is someone I would with out a doubt re­hire given the opportunity again. She will be a great
addition to any team.
