2. Our tasks
 Administration of business regulation
 Registration of businesses
 Virk.dk: where businesses report to the public
authorities – today both digitally and by paper
 More than 1300 schemes on everything businesses
report on: e.g. sickness, food production, working
conditions, environmental issues etc.

4. Challenge to 100% digital communication:
- small businesses with few IT-skills
 Solution: Danish libraries - already assisting citizens
with IT
 Pilot phase: six libraries trained in Virk.dk and the
ten mostly applied digital solutions
 Finding: The librarians, being informations
specialist, and being trained in IT-paedagogics can
assist these businesses, and the users are happy
with the help they get

5. 2013
 Training libraries all over Denmark to assist small
businesses with:
 Digital signature
 File a proxy on paper
 Register new businesses
 Electronic invoice
 Refund of sichness benefits
 VAT
