The Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia needed to improve communication and coordination between its headquarters and 45 regional directorates overseeing 33,000 schools. Meetings previously took months to schedule and required extensive travel. The Ministry implemented a Cisco videoconferencing solution called Leqaa to enable meetings from various locations and device types, cutting scheduling times to just one week and saving millions in travel costs. Training programs can now also be delivered more quickly across regions through video. Mobile access is being expanded based on successful trials improving productivity further.
