Please join Cisco at OFC 2014 in San Francisco March 9-13 where we’ll demonstrate
how the Evolved Programmable Network powers the Internet of Everything through
innovations in programmability, convergence, and scale. The recently
announcedNetwork Convergence System – the first product family built from the ground
up around convergence – will be front and center, with live demonstrations of the NCS
6000, NCS 4000, and NCS 2000 series products.
The Cisco Network Convergence System
Massive scale of packet based services and high density optical interfaces will be on
display as part of the NCS 6000 demonstration, while the NCS 4000 will feature
convergence of packet, TDM, and optical services with multi-chassis scalability. The
NCS 2000 will show superchannel creation and transport over a flexible DWDM
architecture built upon the industry’s most scalable flex spectrum ROADM.
Last year’s unveiling of the Cisco CPAK module was undoubtedly the highlight of OFC
2013. This year we’ll focus on CPAK’s ability to address a variety of applications from
data center switching to routing and transport, highlighted with a live demonstration of
the industry’s highest density 10G single module transceiver, the Cisco CPAK-10X10GLR.
2. Last but not least, Cisco’s booth will feature a multi-layer SDN technology
demonstration featuring 3D visualization of constraint based service activation.
Cisco experts will be onsite to discuss the Network Convergence System, the CPAK
portfolio, and to provide previews of some exciting upcoming products. Please contact
your Cisco Account Team to discuss further.
We look forward to seeing you at Booth 4359 in the Moscone Center at OFC 2014.
