What should we have to bring ideas before to enter the interview room? This question
will be answered in our mind box. With start here, during attend the interview
session, there are three considers that we must follow it. To make more interests
with select from company we should highlight the guideline here such as punctuality,
dress code and confidence level.
First of all, apart of attend the interview we should be punctuality and be right
the time actual. It likes early to come before the interview session start. In certain of
case sometimes they are coming in late time he or she feels too nervous. Hence, if we
have came for the right time that will be taken more advantages from the late
comers. This is due to effect from our nervous and then we cannot control in our self.
On top of that, dress code is one of important things or aspects that must be
pay attention during the interview session. In fact, we should not choose a wrong
dress but we should choose a suitable dress. In other words, we must choose
carefully. At the same time, interviewer has not just look our certificate but they
look our dress too. Hence, we should show our tidy and smart person. When we stand
beside of them we must feel too comfortable if we are going to show our best style.
As a result, who has first time attend the interview they feel nervous when faced on
face interviewer.
On the contrary, before we enter the interview room our self should be
confident level and ability to provide answer for questions to ask. Importantly, we
should find more source of information and some research about their company.
Instance, we should prepare our self fist before we enter the interview room. In an
interview room, when they asking us we should answer clearly and correctly.
Nevertheless, if they interest with us they can take more times and ask questions
more. Also we can tackle them if we proper to elaborate and satisfy the question
given. At the same time, they look our good communication skill during questionnaires
too.
2. Last but not lest, we should learn more such as body language, facial
expressions, eye contact and posture because there are very important things. Once
again, body language plays a significant role in communicate. As we all know, body
language is an important thing which has measure candidate without their voice they
will detect him or her characters. Other that that, facial expression has used by
interviewer for measure candidate feeling. For example, through the face they can
detect whether candidate are angry, nervous, worry, sad, happy etc. In addition, eye
contact also plays a quite importance role during the interview session. Actually,
interviewer will detect the candidate through the eye contact because it can show
our image whether we talk to true or lie. Last issue, it will count to touch about
posture and polite habit issue. In certain of candidate they forget to say thanks after
leave the interview selected. In the case they will punish us as we less respecting and
not interesting for this job.
To sum up, let me pause and reflect, we should follow the guideline above
before we go for the interview. When we discuss about interview above, our mind set
will think about confident and our self falls in worry. At last, don’t give interviewer
says the word like rain check. It means we will not accept it.
