v. Less stress/Better mood

c. Limits of physical fitness
IV. Moving on the field(Pat)
a. Warming up/Starting out the day
i. Start out slow and work yourself up
ii. Eat breakfast!
b. How to eat
i. Good food vs Bad food
ii. Make sure that you eat enough to keep yourself going
c. Avoiding injury/Basic precautions
i. Stay hydrated!
1. Water vs “Other stuff”
ii. Take breaks
1. If you feel too tired
2. If the heat is getting to you
3. If any medical conditions come up
4. If you find any other valid reasons
iii. Energize yourself!/Snack on!
d. Knowing your limits/We want you to work but don’t kill yourself
i. If your not used to exercise don’t try to push yourself
ii. The body has to adapt/Build up to certain task
1. Give yourself time to do this
iii. Don’t overdo it/We’re human beings not roman gods
