Progressed through increasingly responsible positions and challenging assignments over a 21 year period, 
providing administration and managerial in a clinic of 10 physicians in pain management and chiropractic & 
massage therapy  
 
● Proactively managed all aspects of OHIP billing including submission, error claims, reconciliation, WSIB, 
extended health plans, third party and uninsured services ensuring all were organized and error free 
● Maintaining physicians daily schedules 
● Scheduling, booking and time management of therapists and patients 
● Overseeing patient bookings and referrals/​​ensure patient records are current and accurate 
● Direct the work  of  Assistant Centre Coordinator and receptionists 
● Provide administrative support to the entire office, including data entry and typing correspondence
