Procedure:
1. Tell students a festival may cause some problems and that we need to know how
to avoid it.
2. Put them into groups of 4 or 5 to work as organisers of an event and think about
the potential problems for this issue and think about the effective solutions.
3. Give out the worksheets (one for each group) and ask them to start working
together.
4. As usual, go round the class and provide students with some help with language
and ideas.
5. When they have finished, ask one group to present their ideas and invite other
groups to add theirs.
