The contamination taking place in workplace facilities
through the entry and spreading of dirt, via the wheels of
fork trucks, trolleys and footwear is often underestimated.
It typically starts at the doorway entrances and spreads into
the workplace presenting a significant risk of contamination

Bristles
The bristles of the CleanTrax ProfilGate® brush strips have been
optimised to ensure the best possible cleaning performance. The
patented angle of the nylon brushes ensures the best possible cleaning
effect by brushing the dirt mechanically, as soon as a weight is applied.
The irregular length bristle-ends brush deeply into the profiles and clean
them thoroughly
Roof-shaped body
The upper part of the brush strip body has the shape of an angled roof.
This allows liquids and dirt particles to run off to the sides and drop down
easily into the stainless collection tray
With a width of only 22mm, dirt particles up to 8mm can drop down
directly into the tray, instead of remaining on top of the brushes
Profiled body
The brush strip bodies have a unique shape, which ensures that large dirt
particles or small stones can drop into the stainless collection tray
The combination of the slim brush strips with their inherent tension and
the patented angle of the brushes helps to effectively clean any surface
that passes over them
Material
The new brush strips are co-extruded from hard and soft PVC. The rigid
PVC ensures that the brush strips always have the same tension, in order
to press the bristles against the profiles. The additional use of plasticised
PVC, in the upper part of the brush strips, help to reduce noise when
driving over the grates
Brush strip
The brush strips have an inherent tension that pushes the brush strips
above the top of the grate by up to 8mm. This tension, in combination
with the inclined brushes, makes them vibrate when vehicles drive over
it. The vibration makes the dirt fall into the stainless collection tray
underneath. To protect the brushes, especially under heavy loads, they
automatically retract downwards below the grate

For Vehicles
While it is normal to clean one’s footwear before entering
any type of building, the dirt brought into industrial facilities
via tyres or wheels has often been underestimated
Up to now, the only way to stop this from happening was
to clean the dirty floors afterwards, which is very time-
consuming and inefficient
With CleanTrax ProfilGate,® dirt problems can largely be
eliminated at the entrance where up to 90% of the
transported dirt can be removed and contained
CleanTrax ProfilGate® b65
Offers additional dirt collection capacity, which makes it the perfect
solution for high traffic areas
Consists of a deeper capturing tray (65mm) compared to CleanTrax
ProfilGate® b55 (55mm)
This reduces the frequency and cost of emptying the tray
significantly. We recommend CleanTrax ProfilGate® b65 for areas
with more than 100 movements per day or those with high
volumes of dirt ingress

CleanTrax ProfilGate® GO was designed especially
for the effective cleaning of soles of footwear within
industrial environments
The bristles of CleanTrax ProfilGate® GO are 2mm longer
than those within the other models. This ensures that the
bristles reach deep into the profiles of the soles of safety
shoes
When stepping onto the cleaning grate the angled brushes
effectively brush off the dirt. When set into the ground, this
system can also be used with trolleys and pallet trucks. The
grey bristles blend into most industrial floors
