Cheryl has developed a keen interest in the challenges facing information professionals in the digital workplace.
Her specialties include research, writing, and educating business and technical audiences on the trends in content
and information management, social media for business and the rise the Web's 3 O's (open standards, open data
and open source).
Cheryl established Candy Strategies in 2010 to help companies make the jump to a more social and digital
workplace. Cheryl has served as VP of Marketing for AIIM, and has held senior positions with content
management vendors such as Nuxeo, OpenText, Hummingbird and PC DOCS. Cheryl has a track record of
market and requirements research in addition to experience in consulting and training. An active member of
industry associations such as AIIM and ARMA, Cheryl frequently contributes articles and opinions to online and
print publications and participates in industry conferences.
