Current Goal
My goal is to advance my career as a manager or director in the field of industrial or
residential maintenance and/or facilities. I would like to share my vast knowledge of all
things maintenance combined with my many years of management experience while
continuing to learn new processes and techniques, helping my company grow and

• Managed three production shifts and one preventative maintenance conveyance
shift caring for a 1.2 million square foot building and over seven miles of
conveyor.
• Oversaw maintenance budget, including all capitals as well as maintenance
supplies.
• Restructured parts department; created a system for an accurate inventory of
essential items to ensure availability when needed.
• All projects were completed in an efficient and timely manner including capitals
and team member suggestions (Grass Roots).

contractors and vendors used to maintain the building and grounds
