My background as mechanical engineer, my 5 years at DAEWOO Motors and more than 15 years
at Royal PHILIPS (Philips Consumer Electronics and Philips Automotive Lighting) allowed me to
acquire a wide experience on the automotive and electronics industries.
My contacts with an international panel of suppliers, partners and customers from Eastern
Europe (Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, Russia, Romania), Western Europe (France, Germany,
Netherlands, Belgium, Spain), Asia (South- Korea, China, India, Japan) and America, gave me the

In my career, out of which 5 years in a car manufacturing factory, 2 years in a wireless phones
manufacturing factory and 15 years in a lighting systems developpement and prduction factory, I‘ve
cumulated and developed a large experience in several fields such as:
-Management of Purchasing and Procurement – strategic cost management, cost reduction program,
initial and advanced purchasing, localization, relocation, negotiations of global contracts, cost value
engineering, supplier developpement, logistics, supply chain, process & system audit.
-Strategic Commodity Management: international sourcing strategy, supplier and material validation
through a multi-sites coordination within Business Unit Automotive (France, Poland, Brasil, China).
-Management of Quality: customer specific requirements and standards, quality management system,
quality roadmap and strategy, continuous improvement program towards “0 defects”, supplier quality
assurance and development, safety and environnement.
