Hey there, I decided to do this training to help out my team and others in the work from home industry
Ensure their network Marketing success.
I have been in network marketing for over 6 years. In those six years I had failed miserably, but at the
same time I have learned a lot from my peers and mentors.
Network Marketing is actually easy if you make it easy and it can be a financial and emotional
nightmare if we aren't prepared for it mentally so this article is about having the right mindset to ensure
your success as a home based business owner in your company.
I can say because of this type of mindset that I'm going to share with you, I was able to overcome
obstacles, negativity and low self esteem in the past. I learned to become successful ONLY by having
the right mindset.
So first things on what we need for out Network Marketing
Success is to:
LET GO OF OUR PAST
I strongly believe the #1 cause for failure is you letting your old negative mind take over your actions.
We have all failed at one point, but that doesn't mean to stop there.
That just means we pick up where we left off, see what we did wrong that got us in that situation

2. and change our actions towards our goal and we will have network marketing success.
There was a point in my life where I went through a series of companies. All were the next biggest
thing, had the most paying comp plan and burned a lot of bridges that way because people followed
me, but either companies closed, changed comp plans every couple months or just simply didn't pay
out enough money to come up ahead...
A lot of people saw me jumping from one company to the next and I was afraid of approaching them
for the fear that they may bring up my past.
But...
That was all ME!! A few brought my past up, stating weren't you in that other company Cesar? Now
your doing another pyramid deal. Obviously they were not pyramids but ignorant people will do
whatever they can to keep you down.
So STOP any negative thoughts and thoughts of disbelief and Just DO IT!

The next step to ensure our network marketing success is to:
BE HAPPY FOR WHERE YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE!
That is right, even if you haven't recruited anyone, even if all your friends and neighbors make fun of
you be happy, because whatever happened in your life to get you to this place where you are right now
happened for a reason!!
Learn to forgive yourself and accept that all that molded you and gave you exactly what it was that you
needed to move forward.
I remember friends and family would laugh at me when I pitched them the next best thing and looked
as if THEY were doing ME a Favor. It was all wrong. I was simply reaching out to help them since my

3. most of my circle of trust always complained about not having money...
Heres what happened. Im successful stay at home dad now, raising my kids, doing what we like and I
would have never got there if I had quit searching for another MLM once the others closed or changed
comp plans...
Because of all the negativity, I chose I was TIRED of LISTENING TO PEOPLE AND MYSELF
COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT HAVING MONEY!!
I WAS TIRED OF THE REPOS AND BOUNCED CHECKS AND OVERDRAFT FEES..
THIS is what moved me forward and helped me find the right opportunity!!
So Make the choice right now that you will be successful no matter what has happened.

The last and final step to achieve Network Marketing Success is to:
Find yourself a team of successful network marketers or a mentor who knows what they are doing and
model after their success. See most successful entrepreneurs use a system in which they can use to
market their primary MLM.
See most MLM companies that I was in, would give you the on-line website, but it wasn't a funnel. No
matter how many people off-line or on-line I through at it, NO ONE WOULD SIGN UP!!
Learn how to Market and you will be successful in anything you do, especially when backed by a
group of positive and like minded individuals.
One of the things I learned from my direct mentor Rob Fore, The guy who whatever he touches turns
into GOLD! Mr. Million Dollar Earner, was that SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES!!
He taught me about Funnels, Providing Value and Helping others succeed, When I did that I would
have the success I had been looking for and thats exactly what I did.
